If you love Polish cuisine, you'll enjoy our collection of traditional recipes and cooking tips. For those interested in travel, the site will offer inspiring stories about must-visit places in Poland and New Zealand. We've also added a membership page where you can learn about the benefits of joining the Association and a helpful FAQ section, especially aimed at newcomers to New Zealand. We aim to make this website a central hub where you can easily access information and stay engaged with the Polish community.
Recurring Events You Won’t Want to Miss
Our community calendar is filled with exciting events throughout the year, bringing the Polish community together in Christchurch. From our monthly Polish Pub Nights, held between February and October, to the celebration of Polish Independence Day in November, there's always something happening. We also host festive gatherings such as the Andrzejki Party in November and our traditional Christmas Eve celebration in December. While we take a break during the summer holidays in January, we resume with more great events, including our popular annual Sumner Spring Weekend and Ski Trip.
To make it easier for you to stay updated and get involved, we’ve implemented an Event App on our website. This app provides detailed information about all our events and allows you to RSVP or purchase tickets with just a few clicks. Stay connected, and don’t miss out on any of our exciting community happenings!
